“MOBOX” service means mobile+box. "MOBOX" conveniently transports your luggage directly to your destination.
This service consists of 4 parts: the service app, pick-up stations at train stations, the newly invented transport box product and the delivery service itself.
As transport box
The aluminum box can be used anywhere on the car or bike instead of a suitcase. This box can not only buy but also rented before the trip. Atranvelo's adapter system makes it easy to combine it with your bike's luggage rack. Other features include a telescopic handle and detachable wheels that allow it to be used as a holdall.
As a new transport service
The idea of luggage transport as a service is to offer customers a customized plan for fast and easy travel, tailored to their needs. To use the service, users must reserve the chauffeur service in advance using the app provided by Rimowa. If a reservation is accepted, a notification will be sent to passing drivers and to you. Depending on their own schedule, the driver can bring their luggage to the destination or to the nearest train station with Rimowa transport hub (e.g. baggage claim and drop-off service station) for customer pickup or onward delivery.)
